The task

Liingo helps businesses gain more satisfied customers and more positive reviews by making it effortless for customers to leave them. It is well suited for hairdressers, clinics, restaurants, and cafés.

How we solved it

After a visit, the customer scans a QR code and rates the experience. Satisfied customers are directed to Google to leave a public review. Criticism goes privately to the business, allowing them to resolve issues before they become visible to others.

We managed the entire journey from initial sketch to production: branding, design, frontend, backend, and a website explaining the product.

The design features warm orange accents on a dark background, clear testimonials, and logos from Danish brands to establish trust quickly.
