The task

Omsorgsvikar provides temporary staff to nursing homes, home care, supported housing, and institutions in the Triangle Region and Funen. The company was new, and the identity had to be built from scratch to convey trust and professionalism to municipalities and private care providers.

How we solved it

The website needed to convey trust and human warmth without compromising on speed. Two user flows are visible from the first screen: "order temporary staff" for municipalities and nursing homes, and "become a temp" for applicants. Both groups can act immediately.

What we delivered

The company's full DNA: website, logo, identity, email signature, business cards, and design for workwear. We also handle hosting and SEO so municipalities and care providers can find the agency when searching for temporary staff.
