The task

Many service companies manage punch cards and subscriptions in spreadsheets, emails and paper notes. This leads to wasted time and errors. Workli gathers the entire workflow in one system, from initial customer contact to ongoing operations.

How we solved it

Customers, cards, contracts and billing are kept in the same place, giving employees at the office and in the field the same overview. Repetitive tasks run automatically in the background, allowing staff to spend more time with clients. The system is built to scale as the company evolves.
